Local Buses
Transport For London (TFL) buses are 297, E5, 95, 83, 224, 245, 483 and 487 can all be found within a short walking distance of Bilton Road, Perivale. With E2, E7, E9 and E10 all within a mile radius of Perivale Station. The N7 is a night bus and is within a mile radius of Perivale Station. The 297 is a 24 hour bus service and runs about every 30 minutes during the night with regular daytime services of about every 10 minutes.
The 297 is the main bus that passes along Bilton Road and serves Perivale at Manor Farm Road, Bilton Road and Horsenden Lane South. It has stops at Manor Farm Road, Brooklands Drive, Lee Road, Aintree Road, Jubilee Road, Perivale Library (In the opposite direction it's Buckingham Avenue), Perivale Station and Dawlish Avenue.

95 Runs between Southall, Town Hall and Shepherd's Bush.
83 Runs between Alperton, Sainsbury's and Golders Green.
224 Runs between Alperton, Sainsbury's and St. Raphael's.
245 Runs between Alperton, Sainsbury's and Golders Green.
483 Runs between Harrow Bus Station and Windmill Park.
487 Runs between South Harrow and Willesden Junction.
E2 Runs between Greenford Broadway and Brentford.
E7 Runs between Ealing Broadway and Ruislip Station.
E9 Runs between Ealing Broadway and Yeading.
E10 Runs between Ealing Broadway and Northolt, Islip Manor.
Major changing points are at Alperton, Sainsbury's, Alperton Station and Bus stops AA (Towards Ealing) and AJ (Towards Greenford or Willesden) Both bus stops are on the Ruislip Road East The E5 goes from stop PJ or stop B depending on direction of travel. Underground Stations
Perivale is served by two underground stations which are within a short walk from Bilton Road, or if you don't fancy walking the bus 297 will drop you off at your chosen station. Ideal if it's raining or if the footpaths are slippery due to ice and/or snow.
Perivale Station is on the Horsenden Lane South and is on the Central Line. Eastbound trains go to Central London through stations like Marble Arch and further on Oxford Circus. Westbound trains go to West Ruislip. It's worth noting that Greenford station has got an interchange with National Rail to West Ealing for Paddington (Change of trains needed).Both West Ruislip and South Ruislip are connected to National Rail which goes into London Marylebone or Aylesbury and Birmingham with a change of train.
Alperton Station is on the Ealing Road and is served by Buses 83, 224, 297 and 483. It is on the Piccadilly Line Eastbound trains go to central London and with a change of train at Acton Town will take you Westbound towards Heathrow Airport. Make sure you get the right train to Heathrow as not all trains go to all of the stations at Heathrow.
Westbound trains from Alperton go to Rayners Lane and Uxbridge.

Wembley Pharmacy Ealing Road, Alperton (Close to Alperton Station and local buses bus stops) This Pharmacy is open late until 10:00pm 6 days a week. Closes on Sunday at 5:00pm.
Medway Pharmacy 18 Medway Parade, Perivale.

Watmans Pharmacy Inside Hillview Surgery, Bilton Road, Perivale.
Local Supermarkets
Tesco Hoover building, Bideford Avenue, Perivale. Bus E5 starts and ends its journey there. There's a large carpark. Does also deliver on Whoosh. The main home shopping delivery comes from the large Tesco warehouse in Greenford. This warehouse also does click and collect.
Sainsbury's Located on Glacier Way but the address is 360 Ealing Road, Wembley! Amongst some of the facilities there's an instore Argos. There's a large carpark and they do home deliveries from this branch of Sainsbury's.
Lidl Lidl is located on Ealing Road, Alperton. It carries cut price groceries and also carries well known branded goods. There's a nice sized carpark and local buses are close by. Nearest Underground station is Alperton and is only 5 minutes walk away.

Hillview Surgery Bilton Road, Perivale.
Located at 179 Bilton Road, Perivale. There's an in surgery Pharmacy located at this site. The surgery is on bus route 297. Alight at the Aintree Road bus stop in either direction. New patients welcome (Register Online to check their catchment area).
Perivale Medical Clinic Located on the Medway Estate at 2 Conway Crescent, Medway Estate, Perivale. Accepting new patients. The Medway Estate has a bus service supplied by bus E5. The E5 can be boarded at Tesco E5 Toplocks or from bus stop B (E5 Perivale Tesco. From Bilton Road area bus 297 towards Ealing Broadway to stop PJ. Cross the road to stop B).
There are a number of dental practices within the Perivale area but you should contact the listed practices individually as there's no indication of whether they're taking on new NHS patients. Bilton Road Dental Practice, Dentist Perivale - Silicon Dental Centre Wadsworth Road, Perivale. Perivale Dental Practice 5 Teignmouth Gardens, Perivale. On the Medway Estate Dentael Dentist on the Medway Parade. There's one other but there's no indication of it being an NHS Practice. They are Este Dent accessed by Hillview Surgery 179 Bilton Road, Perivale.
